ABOUT THE GODDESS QUEEN B
Holistic Professional Dominatrix
Queen B's diverse background transcends her approach to holistic therapy. Her journey began in high school with small business ventures, where she learned to understand individual needs and create tailored solutions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Education, a minor in Psychology, and years of experience managing childcare centers and schools, she developed a strong ability to educate, nurture and support children with special needs. Her entrepreneurial vision led her to various sales roles, enhancing her communication and interpersonal skills.
The Queen B became immersed in the BDSM lifestyle in 2009 and quickly began soaking up knowledge of various forms of kink and power exchange dynamics. In 2020, motivated by a calling, she became a Doula for pregnant women and Home Health Aide for senior citizens. These roles exposed her to the medical and physiological experience which deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of cohesion.
As a Domme, she discovered that power exchange can be better achieved with an energy exchange coupled with domination as a holistic approach to this rare form of therapy, Goddess Queen B combines her knowledge and genuine passion for helping others to provide a comprehensive therapeutic measure that addresses mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.

What is BDSM?
BDSM is simply an umbrella term that stands for:
-
Bondage & Discipline
-
Dominance & Submission
-
Sadism & Masochism
In practice, it’s about consciously playing with power, sensation, control, surrender, and structure—always within the boundaries of informed consent, safety, and trust. For some, it’s pure erotic play—a stage that transports you out of the ordinary into uncharted terrain. For others, it’s a somatic confessional—where the body gets to tell the truth the mind never dared to say. For others still, it’s the rare hack into quiet mind and presence — a powerful tool for expansion, regulation, and peace.
For most enthusiasts, it’s all of these.
Equal parts art, intimacy, and nervous system alchemy.
You don’t need any prior experience to begin!

Kink and BDSM can be fun, epic, healing and very dangerous if you don’t understand and play within the 4 C’s of Caring, Consent, Communication and Caution.

Together we can co-create your action plan of exploration , education and training. They may include talking, live demo, hands on guided skill building, Submission training, after-care and other aspects of letting go of control.
Why are some therapists now sending clients to BDSM practitioners?
-
Consent + negotiation = safety. The scene framework mirrors therapeutic contracting: explicit boundaries, safe words, and ongoing check-ins.
-
Titrated sensation. Carefully dosed intensity lets the nervous system activate and then downshift, building capacity without overwhelm.
-
Agency in power. Choosing when/how to lead or surrender creates corrective experiences around control, trust, and repair.
-
Works through the body (not just talk). Breath, sensation, and movement encode change when words alone haven’t shifted patterns.
-
Aftercare = integration. Co-regulation and debrief help encode the new pattern instead of re-entrenching the old one.
-
Shame reduction. Naming desire inside a consent-first container de-pathologizes it, which softens defenses and opens choice.
